Biography

I studied Food Technology in Tehran, Iran. After moving to Vienna, Austria, I decided to continue my studies in Nutrition Science due to my interest in nutrition and my previous knowledge in this field. I wrote my bachelor thesis on "Dietary Acid Load and Cardiovascular Disease Risk". In this thesis, I investigated how dietary acid load affects the risk of cardiovascular diseases and how important diet is for health.

Since May 2024, I have been working as a writer for the Foundation for Health & Nutrition, where I continue to deepen and share my knowledge and passion for healthy eating.

Motivation

As a former vegan, I have personally experienced the positive impact that conscious eating can have on your life. My studies, my background in Food Technology and Nutritional Science, and my passion for healthy eating motivate me to help people make conscious choices about their diet and lead healthier lives. I also enjoy cooking at home because by making conscious choices about how I prepare food, I can ensure that the nutrients in my dishes are optimally preserved.
