11 oz Cashews
175 ml Tap water (6.2 oz)
1 ½ tbsp Miso (0.9 oz)
Seasoning after fermentation
1 ½ tsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice (0.26 oz)
¼ tsp Sea salt
