Ingredients (for 2 servings)
½ Pineapple (452 g)
350 g Cucumbers
350 g Beefsteak tomatoes
170 g Red bell peppers
¼ Jalapeño pepper
½ bunch Cilantro (fresh coriander)
60 ml Lemon juice
60 g Red onions
1 Scallion (15 g)
