It is subject to statutory provisions in accordance with the foundation deed and the foundation regulations. According to the decision of the tax department of the canton of Lucerne dated 8 April 2014 (with later confirmations), the foundation is exempt under Article 70 (1) (h) / StG Art. 56 (g) / DBG. Donations are tax deductible.
